In Photos: A Few Days in Jamaica
I have only been back in the U.S. a few days and I already want to leave again. My trip to Jamaica was nice but not quite satisfying enough for me. Simply put, the trip was too short, a four-day adventure that would have felt better with a two-day extension. Still, I had time to eat well (Jamaican patties are the bomb), ponder the world with a few locals, lounge at resorts, learn about the murderous White Witch at Rose Hall Great House, hit some nightlife in Montego Bay, and take a smooth riding Jamaican catamaran around Negril for for dance, tasty hors o’dourves, and cliff divers that highlighted a night that had its own theme song, In My Cup by Richie Loop (more on In My Cup below).
While the trip might have been short, I still found the time to grab a few memorable shots. Below are some of my favorites including a photo of me along the shores of Negril taken by Corve DaCosta

There is something about a Caribbean paint job and some vibrant pastel colors on so many homes in Jamaica. I am happy to report of have seen this flair for good taste and color throughout the islands I have visited.

Jamacia has always been one of the places that I have to visit. Sadly, it cost an arm and leg for me to make it here. Guess it’s so much cheaper for those in the USA but I am saving for this!

The flight wasn’t that cheap from the US either. Sadly, I don’t think the air fare is cheap anywhere. However, saving for Jamaica is a good idea. It really is pretty and the water of the Caribbean always idyllic.
