  1. I am so in love with our national parks! For anyone who is new to the U.S. National Park Service, I just wrote an article about how first timers can make the most of their visit (http://www.bootsnall.com/articles/10-06/the-first-timers-guide-to-planning-a-u-s-national-parks-vacation.html). I use a Lonely Planet guide every time I visit a new park. What a great giveaway, Devin!

    Personally, Yosemite is my favorite, but there are a couple of parks in Alaska that I have my eye on.

  9. If it wasn’t for Teddy Roosevelt ,these books might be about wastelands.

  10. I am planning a trip to Yosemite right now! This would be very helpful.

  11. I would really enjoy the book by Lonely Planet on the Beautiful National Parks. I have been to a few of them,
    thankfully. Due to permanent injuries I will never be able to
    hike in this gorgeous parks again – although I can watch from the lodge. It would be a happy memory for me to sit and look through this book and experience God’s amazing landscape.
    Thanks,
    Chris Ann

    PS: another person mentioned Teddy Roosevelt in their comment.
    There is a National Park called The Theodore Roosevelt National Park located in Western North Dakota.

  12. I so want to go to at least Yosemite this year and would love to use this book as a resource.

  13. Мало беспокоиться о состоянии здоровья своего малыша – надо производить уверенные действия для его защиты. Причем доверить этот вопрос нужно лишь опытным профессиональным педиатрам.
    На сегодняшний день прием персонального врача по карману далеко не всем гражданам Нашей страны. А отправляться по всякому вопросу в поликлинику, выстаивать длинные очереди и подвергать малыша риску заразиться вирусами от других детей – тоже не вариант.
    К счастью, многочисленные частные клиники дают оформить программу Детского Добровольного Медицинского Обслуживания (ДМО), которая даёт возможность за небольшую сумму приобрести полис на годовое обслуживание у педиатров.
    К сожалению, не многие люди знают о подобной услуге и не перестают лечить детей народными способами, выжидают часами в очередях и отдают большие деньги за посещения частных педиатров.
    А программа Добровольного Медицинского Обслуживания для детей даёт возможность:
    ” Бесплатно получить больничный лист по уходу за ребенком;
    ” Бесплатно обследоваться у персональных врачей педиатров;
    ” Бесплатно или со скидкой осуществлять лечебные процедуры и диагностику;
    ” Лечить малыша сразу, качественно и без очередей.
    Чтобы ознакомиться со списком клиник и условиями предоставления лечения необходимо вбить в поиск Яндекса или Google фразу: “Добровольное Медицинское Обслуживание”. После этого нужно найти приглянувшуюся клинику и оформить договор.
